For Graduate Students who will be Commencing in May 2017
Please fill out the requested information below, whether you plan to attend Commencement or not. Information collected through this system is used in the publication of the printed Commencement Program, which includes a list of honors and awards. Submissions received after the May 1, 2017 deadline will not be included in that publication.
This step is separate from filing the Application to Graduate via self-service Banner. The Application to Graduate is essential to clearing your requirements with your academic department and making the necessary arrangements to be included in the 2017 list of graduates. Please refer to the Registrar's instructions on filing that application, which is due by May 1, 2017.
If you don't remember your Banner ID, go to https://selfservice.brown.edu/menu. Log in with your username and password. Click on the "Student and Financial Aid" tab. Click on the "Registration" link. Click on the "Registration status" link. Your Banner ID will be displayed in the upper right hand corner. It is nine characters long and starts with the letter B.
The Graduate School Commencement Procession and Ceremonies are public events that will be videotaped, photographed and live-streamed.
